Jack Mclaughlan

Jack joined Vista Financial Management in July 2024, initially working as a Mortgage Administrator while training and studying towards his qualifications to become an Independent Mortgage and Protection Specialist. He became fully qualified in July 2026 and has a passion for helping clients understand the mortgage options available to them, while supporting them throughout the entire process.

From finding the right mortgage and purchasing a property through to receiving the keys to their new home, Jack takes pride in providing clear, straightforward guidance and making what can often be a complex process as smooth as possible. He is committed to building a successful, long-term career within the financial services industry and enjoys helping clients make informed decisions that are right for their individual circumstances and financial goals.

Outside of work, Jack is an avid Leeds United supporter and has a keen interest in fitness. He enjoys gym training, running, and maintaining an active lifestyle.
