Felicity Towner

Felicity is Simon’s Personal Assistant, supporting both his mortgage and insurance clients by providing efficient and reliable administrative support through the client journey. She brings a strong background in retail management and, more recently worked as a Deputy Manager at a private dental practice, alongside holding a qualification in HR. Her previous roles have developed excellent organisational, communication, and client-care skills, as well as a strong understanding of confidentiality, compliance and managing complex processes – all of which support a smooth and professional client experience.

Outside of work Felicity enjoys spending time with family, travelling, shopping, being outdoors and keeping active.
